BUSH APPROVAL RATINGS

I have a problem with these POLLS because they don't ask the most pertinent question: Would I vote for Bush again given the same options I had the last two times?

I am not a Bush fan..I wasn't a fan the first time and he did little to convince me he was the right man for the job the last election. But I voted for him. Given the options presented I though he was the best choice even though I did think he was a typical politician in the hip pocket of the religious right wing and the multi-national corporations. And, if I was presented with the same options I would do so again.

Look at it like this..we may be in a world of shit right now but think about how deep it would be if Gore the bunny fucker or Kerry the traitor were in the Oval Office. Bush might not be able to lead a thirsty horse to water and he might have a problem finding where to mark a spending bill veto but he damn sure beats either of the other options.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that the republican party can find a better candidate for 2008. Tancredo appears right now as the best available and I have thrown my support his way. But it really doesn't make a lot of difference who runs the administration when we have the same Rinos running congress..especially the senate. The House of Representaives has shown a few guts..ie, the immigration bill. But it is the senate that we need to change.

Here in the land of sunny beaches ( and Tallahassee has more than its share ) it appears that we are not gonna have much of a choice for the senate again this time. Nichols is inopposed as the dim-a-crit incumbent and the only one making much GOP noise is Harris who is in bed with the Christian right wing. I hope that there is a neo-libertarian on the ticket. I will not vote for Nichols and I refuse to vote for any of the Christian right wing ever again..I will write in Donald Duck first because at least he gives a quack...
